UPDATE YOUR WEBSITE FOR A NEW SEASON
Select a New Theme: If you’re looking to spruce your website up for your upcoming season you might want to consider changing your theme. Your organization can change and update your theme at any time without the risk of losing any content.
Updating Your Homepage: Along with updating your theme, be sure to update the content on your homepage. The homepage is the first thing parents will see when they access your website, so ensuring the content is relevant is a great first impression.
Managing Inner Pages: Are you looking to get the most out of your inner pages? Look no further, our highly trained onboarding team recently hosted a feature spotlight on decorating inner pages.
Going Live: Technically your site is already live. The link we provided for you when you signed up can be shared with anyone. Most people might consider a site live when they are ready to point their domain over to their site. If this is the case, our support team is ready to help.
WAYS TO STAY CONNECTED & GROW YOUR ORGANIZATION
Many leagues are returning from some time away. We are here to help you communicate your upcoming season plans and find ways to continue to grow your organization.
Email Announcements: Once your registration is ready to open, we suggest sending emails to your members to advertise. Have you explored your built-in Bulk Email tool? Compose a simple email or use our templates to send professional-looking emails.
Website Announcements: Use a banner announcement tool to clearly promote your upcoming season. All website visitors will see these announcements and can click through to learn more.
Promote through Social Media: Social media is an engaging and inexpensive way (most of the time free) to successfully build brand awareness and increase your reach.
Fan Wear: Your online Fan Wear store is a great way to raise extra money for your organization with a percentage back on every purchase. Plus, your members will look good while promoting your organization.
Marketing Your League: Check out our Marketing 101 series for tips and ideas for marketing your league.
COVID-19 Safety Strategies
Parents need to feel comfortable and know that you are doing your best to keep their children safe. To assist you with that, we have compiled some helpful guidelines and useful assets you can use when returning to play.
COVID Waivers: Include social distancing policies, facility waivers, and any other new guidelines into registration with custom Waiver questions or other forms of custom questions.
CDC Toolkit for Youth Sports: Guidance and tools to help people make decisions, protect, and communicate with their communities.
Aspen Project Return to Play: This general informational resource, created by the Aspen Institute with the support of medical experts, is designed to help people of all ages assess risk in a variety of common sport and recreational activities.
Please be sure to follow federal, state, and local guidelines for returning to play.
