Here are our feature enhancement highlights from Q2 2022 (April-June 2022).
Bulk Edit Division Settings

Add payment plans:
This highly requested feature eliminates hours of work and makes the days of manually adding payment plans to individual divisions a thing of the past. Simply select the divisions you want to apply the change to, and add your payment plan details. Bulk edit changes won’t cause annoying time-consuming errors or apply changes to unwanted divisions. Edit registration open and close dates:
For an organization with dozens of divisions, editing open and close dates could cause mountains of extra work in the past. Now, you can update your season open and close dates in under a minute! Support article>>
Update the division price:

Add/remove early bird discount:
If you missed adding your early bird discount during registration form set-up, or you cloned a previous program that didn’t contain one, it’s easy to add it in! Support article>>
Add/remove late fees:
The Late Fee option will give you the ability to add or remove late fees for some or all divisions. Keep in mind this option will not show if you are editing a Free Program, the division price is $0, or the EIN is missing. Support article>>
Google Analytics 4 Integration
Your Sports Connect website can integrate with Google Analytics to track website traffic! Google will be transitioning from Universal Analytics to Google Analytics 4 (GA4) on July 1, 2023. My Account Page
The commonly used “My Account” page has an updated look! Easily navigate to registration, messages, your calendar, and more all from one screen.
Go to Standings Button
The Scores and Standings functionality are often used hand in hand. Despite being two halves of an integrated feature, there was not a quick route to go from entering scores to reviewing the standings. With the new “Go to Standings” button on the scores page, you can navigate between the two with ease, saving valuable time.
Check Field Eligibility Button
If you need to edit or reschedule events due to field closures, rainouts, etc., you may use the Calendar page rather than searching through each unique schedule for games on a specific date/time or at a specific location. We have added the “Check Field Availability” button to reduce the number of clicks required to view available fields on the dates needed.
Schedule Specific Conflict Message
With the new “Check Field Eligibility” button on the Calendar page, you can now view all schedule conflict data, including if the conflict is site-wide or schedule-specific, within this new pop-up message.
