2022 First and Second Quarter Association Product Enhancement Highlights

The redesigned schedule experience includes a mobile responsive design, team search options, advanced schedule filtering options and weather data broken down by field, location and date.

The latest version of Association Insights has been made available to all Orgs. This version provides registration data across numerous data points including play type, age groups, locations and much more.

Organizations can now configure how many days before/on/after a certificate’s expiration date to send a notification to the Administrator. This feature provides an easy automated way for organizations to communicate compliance requirements to their Administrators.

The tournament and scheduling wizard now includes a ‘Single Elimination’ track. This new scheduling option allows Orgs to set up single elimination brackets with fewer steps and more consistency.

A new visual scheduling tool has been implemented to allow organizers to visually move games between dates, times and locations. It depicts active games, games from other competitions and TBD placeholders for quicker scheduling and management.

System generated, saved Game Day Roster PDFs are now available. This new feature allows tournament and league organizers to revisit the game-time team formation, suspensions, and player/admin compliance statuses of previous events.

USSF IDs were added to My Account. This addition helps users easily identify their ID and validate that their coaching license information is accurate.

Player Applications were enhanced with active links to the player’s associated club and team. This update allows for quick and intuitive navigation.

This powerful internal feature allows us to merge data from two Admin profiles into one designated main profile.

Organizations can now consider multiple risk statuses as “Complete”. This ensures that the Compliance Widget reflects accurate risk statuses based on an organization’s unique business rules.

A new configuration was added to Tournaments and Gaming that allows organizations to limit the number of black out dates that can be entered by a team.

This feature allows organizations to flip all C-Tier entities to a suspended or deactivated status. This feature is particularly useful for orgs that put their clubs in a suspended status ahead of yearly affiliate sanctioning.

This feature allows organizations to view an ELA as it will appear during registration, including HTML tags, without saving. This will help ensure that ELAs are properly formatted prior to opening registration.

Organizations can now configure how many days before/on/after a players 18th birthday that they should be ineligible to play in a tournament without a verified SafeSport certificate. This configuration helps to ensure all players are in compliance with the rules outlined by their national governing body.

A new SafeSport Status filter was added to the Player Look-Up Screen. This filter will help our partners easily identify players who need to have their SafeSport certificate verified.

A new configuration has been added that allows organizations to initiate background checks during Admin/Volunteer registration. This enhancement creates a seamless, one-step process for admin registration.
