Product Update Highlight Reel – October 2020

Our latest product update includes a handy new Registration Insurance Report and an enhancement to make managing background checks easier!

SecureFee Registration Insurance Report

The new SecureFee Registration Insurance report will make it easy for Club Admins to view everyone that has opted into SecureFee Insurance during registration.

This simple but useful report contains important information about the user as well as the insurance premium they paid. Fields in the report include:

  • Account First/Last Name
  • Player First/Last Name
  • Program/Division Name
  • Division Price
  • Order Date
  • Cell Phone/Email Address
  • Insurance Premium

You can find this new report by navigating to Reports > Manage Reports. It is located in the Orders section for partners using Mobile-First Registration (almost all partners).

What is SecureFee?

SecureFee is a great option to protect players’ registration payments against certain events that might cause them to miss the season. It comes at zero cost to your league, allows you to keep any existing refund policies, and relieves your club of financial responsibility for qualified refunds. This optional service for select programs allows registrants to opt-into registration insurance at check-out. Now, Club Administrators can easily see who has opted in by viewing the order details or by running the new Registration Insurance Report.
This new report aims to save you time sorting through individual orders and looking for who purchased insurance by offering all the information you need with the click of a button.

Background Check Submission Update

Keeping up with background checks keeps getting easier for organizations that are affiliated with one of our National Governing Body* (NGB) partners using the Sports Connect Association product.

When a volunteer submits their background check, there will now be a label beside the Risk Status button indicating that it has already been submitted for the season. This simple enhancement leaves no question as to whether the volunteer has submitted the necessary information.

Club Admins can check out this update (also shown above) by navigating to Teams > Team Personnel > Verifications.
