Product Update Highlight Reel – August 2020

As always, our team has been hard at work making improvements to the Sports Connect platform! These enhancements aim to make your role as a youth sports administrator easy, so you can spend less time doing administrative work and more time enjoying the game.

Read more about our latest updates to the club product, including:

• More optimized order search
• Quicker load times for large reports
• Option to not require a gender selection for account holders
• Automatic roster sync with GameChanger Team Manager

We’ve optimized our Order Management feature to help you find the order you’re looking for as quickly as possible. There is no longer a filter requirement, meaning you can search with more ease. 

We also optimized our Reports feature to help speed up load time for large, more data-intensive reports. This is part of a broader reporting optimization initiative. Our product team is currently collecting customer feedback for reporting enhancements and improvements. Be on the lookout for an in-app survey over the next few weeks.

You can now hide and/or not require a gender selection for account holders. Head over to your Registration Settings (Registration >> Settings) to make this update. This is part of a broader initiative to ensure our solution is inclusive of all registrants. More updates coming soon!

We’ve been listening! Sometimes your teams change after rosters have been posted, so we have worked with the GameChanger Team Manager team to ensure that automated roster sync is available for your Fall season. Coaches and Team Staff Members will no longer have to manually sync the app in order for rosters to update from your club’s Sports Connect site. As a friendly reminder, schedule sync is also a part of the integration, allowing you to make scheduling changes on the fly that will automatically update in the app.
